Delivery Information

Free delivery

Free delivery is free on all orders to the UK Mainland only. Free delivery orders are processed daily and sent on a 1 or 2 day service. During peak times the free delivery option can take up to a week from order placement to receipt.

Priority Delivery

All orders with priority delivery are processed on the next available working day and sent out using a 1 or 2 day tracked service. For example orders placed on a Monday would normally arrive Wednesday or Thursday.

Additional charges apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands (Note that for sales to the Channel Islands we charge an administration fee equal to the VAT that would be charged on UK sales). All UK Postcode Areas Which Incur Additional Delivery Charges and Returns Charges are listed in Delivery Exceptions and quoted at check out. These additional charges depend on both the delivery address and the items on specific orders. Please note due to Brexit we may not be able to delivery to any EU or off shore destination.

Tracking information

Please enter a valid e-mail address and phone number at the checkout to receive details of your delivery and to track the progress of your parcel.

The type of tracking can vary from courier to courier, if you haven’t received any tracking information either by text or email please Contact us for further assistance.

Returns

If you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, please use the pre-paid Royal Mail label provided. If one has not been received please request a label from info@sashays.co.uk. Please note we do not refund the postage on returns that have been paid for by yourself. We only offer free returns when you use the pre-paid Royal Mail label we provide.

If you wish to return your item due to damage/fault, please send pictures of the damage/fault to info@sashays.co.uk and request a pre-paid return label.

If an item on your order is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please call us within 7 days of receipt of your goods and we will be happy to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.

Delivery information FAQs

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard Delivery is usually 3-5 working days from order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification email.

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday.

We only deliver to the mainland UK using Royal Mail.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The average transit time for most items to the UK is 3-5 working days. During the busy periods, orders may take longer than 5 working days to be delivered. Your patience at this time will be appreciated, but if you do have concerns that your order is taking too long to arrive, please contact us and we will get an update for you as quickly as we can.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Standard Delivery: Any orders placed Monday – Thursday before 12:00pm are likely to be processed and leave our warehouse the same day. If ordered after 12pm on Friday, your order is likely to leave our warehouse on Monday.

Priority Delivery: Delivery is calculated in working days Mon-Fri before 12:00pm, any orders placed after Friday 12:00pm will be dispatched on Monday

MY DELIVERY WAS LATE CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Unfortunately on occasion parcels have been delayed and missed the estimated date specified on the checkout. If your estimated delivery date has been missed please contact us and we can investigate into the issue.

Any orders with an additional delivery service charge other than the cheapest delivery method available will be refunded for the unserved delivery method.

We are unable to accept cancellations once the order has left our warehouse. However, in this case please reject on arrival or use the pre-paid returns label.
