Delivery Costs
Free delivery is free on all orders to the UK Mainland only. Free delivery orders are processed daily and sent on a 1 or 2 day service. During peak times the free delivery option can take up to a week from order placement to receipt.

Tracking Information
Please enter a valid e-mail address and phone number at the checkout to receive details of your delivery and to track the progress of your parcel.

The type of tracking can vary from courier to courier, if you haven't received any tracking information either by text or email please Contact us for further assistance.

If you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, please use the pre-paid Royal Mail label provided. If one has not been received please request a label from [email protected].

If you wish to return your item due to damage/fault, please send pictures of the damage/fault to [email protected] and request a pre-paid return label.

If an item on your order is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please call us within 7 days of receipt of your goods and we will be happy to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of unauthorised return postage.



Standard Delivery is usually 3-5 working days from order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification email.

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday.

We only deliver to the mainland UK using Royal Mail.


The average transit time for most items to the UK is 3-5 working days. During the busy periods, orders may take longer than 5 working days to be delivered. Your patience at this time will be appreciated, but if you do have concerns that your order is taking too long to arrive, please contact us and we will get an update for you as quickly as we can.


Standard Delivery: Any orders placed Monday – Thursday before 12:00pm are likely to be processed and leave our warehouse the same day. If ordered after 12pm on Friday, your order is likely to leave our warehouse on Monday.


Unfortunately on occasion parcels may be delayed past the estimated delivery date. If your estimated delivery date has been missed please contact us and we can investigate into the issue.

Any orders with an additional delivery service charge other than the cheapest delivery method available will be refunded for the non-serviced delivery method.

We are unable to accept cancellations once the order has left our warehouse. However, in this case please reject on arrival or use the pre-paid returns label.
