Delivery Costs
Free delivery is free on all orders to the UK Mainland only. Free delivery orders are processed daily and sent on a 1 or 2 day service. During peak times the free delivery option can take up to a week from order placement to receipt.
Tracking Information
Please enter a valid e-mail address and phone number at the checkout to receive details of your delivery and to track the progress of your parcel.
The type of tracking can vary from courier to courier, if you haven't received any tracking information either by text or email please Contact us for further assistance.
ReturnsIf you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, please use the pre-paid Royal Mail label provided. If one has not been received please request a label from

If you wish to return your item due to damage/fault, please send pictures of the damage/fault to
[email protected] and request a pre-paid return label.
If an item on your order is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please call us within 7 days of receipt of your goods and we will be happy to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.
Please note: We do not cover the cost of unauthorised return postage.
